CALL FOR NOMINATIONS

Scope

Dear Colleague,

Two years ago the ATEVision workshop and TTTC created an award recognizing the year's best paper on Integrated Circuit Automated Test Equipment (ATE). The Award Selection Committee is looking for papers to nominate and we want to give all Test Professionals a chance to recommend nominees.

If you know an ATE paper published in 2010 that proved to be influential then you should recommend it to us for nomination! We will choose the nominees in March and announce the winner in July. Our purpose is to find the most influential ATEpaper of the year and to make it stand out by publicizing it. Authors can also submit their own paper to the Committee’s consideration. To ecommend a paper just send a copy of the manuscript, or of the presentation if it was a workshop paper, along with a one or two sentence statement summarizing its merits and the references of where and when it was published. We plan to present the award during the SEMI keynote address in July so we need to get your recommendations by the end of February. Send them to us at award@atevision.com!
